The ultimate guide to the perfect Coconut Pineapple Date Bites !





Like many of you, I am being very cautious of what I put into my belly . Healthy eating for me , is more than a new year resolution; it's a way of life. My sweet tooth is one of the main factors being the fact that I choose the milano cookie instead of the apple . So to help curve the cravings , I found that some organic ingredient put together can become the perfect substitute for any unhealthy dessert . You only have to slightly trick the mind to do it . The Coconut pineapple date bites was found after a lot of trial and errors . I found this jewel that I am excited to share with you , my fellow readers. Another thing ,  We are always on the go in the morning , trust me those bites have save me a lot of time and the best thing is that it's GUILT FREE .  Those bites are sure to put a smile on your day , like it did for me so many times already. 





                                                                               



Ingredients 

1/2 cup of overnight oat 
24 dates crushed 
1 1/2 cup shredded coconut 
12 dried pineapple chopped or crunched 
1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
1/2 tsp Hawai sea salt 
2 tsp coconut oil 

Topping : 3 tbs shredded coconut 





Directions 

  1. Microwave the oat with 1/4 cup of pineapple juice for 1 minute . 
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or mix all the ingredient well .
  3. form the mixture into a ball  spread out and press down on a wax paper 
  4. chill in the fridge for 1 hour
