If you know me , you know that i love ... love meat . Being Haitian , it can be quite rare to see a vegetarian let alone pescatarian . Nothing wrong with being one but in the Haitian culture , it doesn't really exist. I recently made the choice of becoming a pescatarian. To my surprise , it wasn't hard to cut meat at all . I can be near it and not start craving for it . Maybe it's because I never ate large amount of meat anyway so not the noticeable effect than it might be for someone who really pound it up with meat . My mother and I love crab cake but the restaurants that cook them best, can sometimes be costly . So if at first you cannot keep purchases them , find ..find a way to make it on your own .
